We are Gamestore 64. When you (the person named on the order) place an order with us, we will do business with you under the following terms.
We're passionate about our customers and making sure that you're happy. If you're not happy with your product we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked returns guarantee. This means that you can send back your order for any reason within 30 days of us delivering it.
You will need to return the items back to us at Gamestore 64, Ashfield Hub Business Centre, Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield, NG17 2SE at your own expense and you will be refunded in full minus any delivery charges you've paid.

We offer goods for sale through our website www.gamestore64.com
Delivery charges are free on orders over £10, £1.99 on orders below.
Prices on the website may change but we will always remain competitive.
Payment
We offer all our goods on a payment-with-order basis. This means you must pay us when you place the order. We can take payment by most credit cards and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Sending you your order
We will normally dispatch your goods if stocked on the next working day, as long as we receive your order before 3.00pm. Some items do take longer 3-7 working days. You will be advised of this on the product pages.
Website Information
By this, we mean things like pictures and dimensions. The product dimensions are exactly that; dimensions of the product only. We try to ensure that our website information is accurate, but occasionally an image can have minor variations. Please bear this in mind when ordering and please check with us if you're unsure of anything.
Delivery
We will deliver your order to any address in the UK. We use Royal Mail 2nd class in most cases, you will receive your goods 3 working days. If you live in a remote area, or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find, your delivery may take a little longer. With some of the more remote areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, delivery can take several days extra. Please note remote areas can incur extra delivery charges. Availability
We aim to keep sufficient stock so that we never run out. However, at times when there is unexpectedly high demand, lead times may be extended. If this happens, your order may be delayed for a couple of days while we get new stock. We will use the contact information you have given on your order to let you know about the progress of your order. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, you may do so at any time up until it has been dispatched. We normally pack and send out your order within 24 hours of it being placed. If you want to cancel the order, you should do so by contacting us as soon as possible and we will confirm whether we have been able to do this.
30-day refund
Once we have sent out your order you may return the goods for a full refund minus any delivery charges, without giving a reason, as long as the goods are in the same condition you received them in and you do so within 30 days of buying them. You will need to send the goods back to us at your own expense.
Our Commitment
We are constantly updating our products, prices, and offers. We are confident of our technology and staff but we realise that we occasionally may make mistakes. If we offer goods for sale incorrectly, we will always try to honour our offer. There may be the odd circumstance where it is not possible for us to do this. In these cases, we will contact you and explain the situation. If we cannot sort out the matter fairly with you, we can cancel your order and refund any payment you may have made.
Unexpected circumstances
If things like strikes, wars, acts of terrorism or even small things like power cuts interfere with our business with you, we will do our best to keep things going. However, we will not be legally responsible to you for any failure which is due to these unexpected circumstances or any other situation outside our control.
Age restrictions
Age restrictions apply to some goods we supply. By ordering these goods, you are confirming that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery is also over 18.
Legal responsibility
Nothing in these terms of business should affect your legal rights or limit our legal responsibility for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence, or any other liability which we cannot limit or exclude by law. (This includes our legal responsibility under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.) We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures. We will not be legally responsible to you for any losses which both we and you could not expect at the time you bought the goods.
Law
These terms of business will be governed by English law. Any disputes will be dealt with by the English courts.
